Today, 21st May, is World Meditation Day. There is a lot more awareness and research on the benefits of meditation. There are also lots of apps and easily available guided meditations on youtube to help you engage with this helpful practice. The benefits include – relaxation, deep breathing, focus, help with healing, helps with processing trauma.
We favour Dr. Joe Dispenza meditations. We like his approach to healing and his association with the quantum field as this links with our bioresonance approach to wellbeing. Ideally if you could practice meditation daily this would be extremely beneficial to your overall wellbeing and health. Many people feel that they cannot fully engage with meditation. It can take a lot of practise to become good at it.
As part of our therapy we can include Alpha Theta training which not only gives the benefit of meditation but also rewards the brain when your alpha and theta levels are optimal. This optimisation promotes healing within the brain. Client’s often report deep levels of relaxation which then permeates into their daily lives.
