How It Works
Non-invasive, Brain Training for Focus, Sleep, Pain, Trauma and Wellbeing
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a therapy which trains the brain to change and heal itself. This 'training' brings about a reduction or complete removal of your unwanted symptoms. It works on deep levels of the brain where imbalances may be rooted, such as with early trauma. Neurofeedback uses highly developed software to enable your brain to be aware of its own activity, as if your brain is looking in a mirror - your brain 'sees' itself and adjusts in a positive way, using the power of neuroplasticity. We use Infra-Low Frequency Neurofeedback because it allows us to provide a personalised approach, which is a vital part of successful neurofeedback treatment. It is as amazing as it sounds and our results often testify to that. Our clients seek out neurofeedback for many conditions, including anxiety, seizures, depression, migraines, addiction and hormonal issues.

What to Expect
The process itself is a relaxed and enjoyable experience. You'll be sitting comfortably with feet up watching a large screen. Sensors are attached to your head which pick up activity in your brain in the same way a medical doctor listens to your heart from the surface of your skin. This information is sent to the screen which offers visual and audio feedback. We'll look for your optimal training frequency by listening closely to your reports; very often clients notice positive change from the very first session. We recommend planning for no less than 10 sessions and a minimum of one session per week.
Bio-Resonance
Bio-resonance (quantum biofeedback) is an approach to health and wellbeing which uses electromagnetic frequencies to help your body heal itself. This powerful system is based on biophysical principles and the view that all cells in the body have unique electromagnetic waves. Everything is energy, and everything is connected. Our L.I.F.E Biofeedback System identifies where your body has imbalances and 'sends' corrective frequencies to your energy field. The system detects the stress potential in organs, bones, skin, brain, digestive tract, etc., as well as environmental toxins, viruses and allergens often at the root cause of ill-health.
With this insight we can work with issues which may be below your awareness or those which you specifically want to address. Bio-resonance works as a healthcare system in acute cases, and as a preventative medicine for those wishing to reach optimum health. Find Out More About Bio-Resonance

What to Expect
We can work in-person or online, whichever you prefer. All you have to do is sit comfortably while our L.I.F.E System connects with your body's energy field. We'll compare your energy to a database of healthy frequencies to identify imbalances and offer healing frequencies to help strengthen your body's ability to self-heal. If you have particular health concerns we'll discuss these and tailor the session to your needs. We recommend planning for 6-8 sessions.

Quantitative Electroencephalography (qEEG)
A quantitative EEG (qEEG) is a non-invasive assessment of your brain’s activity. We record this activity by placing a cap and sensors on your head and the recording is sent for analysis to identify patterns in brain activity and connectivity, coherence and symmetry, which is then compared with established reference data.
A qEEG can help identify specific patterns for targeting neurofeedback training. We can use the report to help develop individualised brain training, such as determining which brain regions may benefit from greater regulation. It can also be used as a baseline to monitor changes over time, with a repeated qEEG at points during or after treatment. We don’t use the qEEG as a diagnostic test on its own, but we consider the recommendations alongside clinical history, symptoms, and behavioural observations.
What to Expect
You’ll be sitting comfortably while we take measurements and place a tight-fitting cap to your head. We’ll use conductive paste and gel to attach 19 sensors to your scalp which takes about 30 minutes. You can then relax with your eyes closed for 10 minutes, then eyes open for a further 10 minutes. The recording is then sent for computer-generated analysis which can take about a week to process. Otherwise, you may take the recording to a clinician of your choice.
To prepare for your qEEG, it's best not to use styling products such as gel or hairspray. Also, please avoid alcohol before the recording, but you can follow your usual eating and medication routines.
